K T Dave is practising law in city which houses the Gujarat High Court - Ahmedabad since 1977. His prominent areas of practice include but are not limited to Criminal, Civil, Constitutional and Corporate matters. Mr. K T Dave has served as a Counsel for State Government for an extremely long stint of 25 years. He has also been positioned as Senior Advocate for Union of India from 2007 to 2015, to appear before the High Court of Gujarat and to represent on behalf of all the ministry of Central Govt. and Departments such as Director of Revenue Intelligence, Narcotics Control Bureau, Excise, Customs, Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, Post, Passport Authorities and so on.

He was also in charge of the office of Assistant Solicitor General of India in High Court of Gujarat in 2014
Amit K Dave
Amit Dave started his career as a legal intern with one of the leading senior counsel practicing in High Court of Gujarat and today stands strong with more than 12 years of Post Qualification Experience representing in litigations pertaining to civil disputes primarily involving property, land, revenue alongside corporate matters.

With a spotless track record in guiding clients to present their cases in a manner that results in the dropping of criminal charges and case dismissals for the wrongfully accused, Amit Dave has excelled in Developing a detailed litigation strategy for each case.

He has appeared and presented on behalf of clients before High Courts and Supreme Court of India. Has successfully represented Corporate Houses in high stake matters before various forums and is retained as an outside counsel by Companies, Banks and businesses.
